RACHAEL & STEPHEN
A striking autumnal wedding with rich reds and burgundy with textural accents of dried flowers.
Rachael & Stephen had hoped for an outdoor wedding but the overnight rain scuppered those plans. Instead they had a beautiful ceremony in the Garden Suite. The wedding aisle was decorated with floral and foliage tieds attached to the chairs, lanterns from Ambience Fife and to the front our gold Moongate arch decorated with a halfmoon of florals.
The bridal bouquets featured reflexed roses, burgundy blooms, velvety Celosia, gold thistles, deep red Amaranthus and Skimmia. Dried flowers including natural pampas grass, burgundy teasels and black bunny tails plus varied forms of greenery.
On the guest tables were centrepieces which featured a gold lantern supplied by Ambiance Fife which we set into a floral base, the bold colours looked so striking, just perfect for an autumnal wedding.

"Absolutely Loved our flowers. Our flowers were stunning! Perfectly captured the feel of our day and couldn't have asked for better" Gemma & Joe
JEN & NIC
Jen & Nic were married in the gardens of Rufflets Hotel with a moon gate arch setting the scene for the ceremony. On this occasion we created the arch using "real look" artificial flowers and featured white Anemones which were one of Jen's favourite flowers.
Jen didn't have any bridesmaids, just a little flower girl who carried a mini version of the brides bouquet. Jen's bouquet featured white peony roses, germini, roses, phlox with pops of soft blue Oxypetalum and deeper blue thistles for a Scottish appeal.
For the Reception the Moongate Arch was sited behind the top table and the registry table design in front of the newly weds. Upon the guest tables were floral designs incorporating the venues candle lanterns with the designs complementing the soft blue and white colour scheme.

The Piper was Rich Gordon who is also amazing at playing the saxophone too, providing great entertainment throughout the wedding day.

EMMA & SEAN

Emma & Sean were married on a beautiful summers day at Rufflets. The ceremony took place in the beautiful gardens where we used the Bamboo Arch as a backdrop for the nuptials.
The bridal bouquets were themed around a palette of soft pinks, neutrals and creams with just a splash for warm pink for intensity.
Dressing the guest tables was an eclectic mix of vintage bottles and vases filled with summer pretties. On the top table the registry table design was placed in front of the happy couple whilst the maids bouquets ere placed in vases staged at intervals along the table and adding the extra pop of colour.
Photographing the day was Ally Stuart Photography who now specialises in Baby photography at Mabel & Moose. Her photos of new arrivals are just stunning!
"Thank you so much for everything. The flowers were exactly what I had wanted and more! Loved them! Emma"

CARA & FINLAY

I feel quite honoured to not have only supplied the flowers for Cara's wedding but also for her mum and sister too. It was a beautiful sunny day at Rufflets making it ideal for an outdoor ceremony within the beautiful gardens. The bamboo arch with a floral canopy created a backdrop for the ceremony whilst glass lanterns dressed the aisle.
The bridal bouquets were in a lovely aubergine, grape and mauve colour scheme with tones chosen to compliment the varied maids dresses. The bouquets featured calla lilies, Astrantia's, mauve roses, grey thistles, sweet peas, wax flowers and accents of seeded eucalyptus.
The flower girls who looked adorable carried baskets filled with petals and circlets in their hair.
On the guest tables in the Garden Suite were Rufflets Glass Lanterns set in among a textured floral and foliage base. The bridal bouquets were staged in vases along the top table. Not only is this a great way to utilise the bouquets it also keeps them hydrated for longer particularly on a warm day.
Photographing the day was the talented duo that is Alan & Gill at Burfly Photography

"Our wedding flowers were all perfect in every way! Cara"
Due to living overseas, Emma's wedding flowers were fully coordinated by her lovely mum. The ceremony took place at the beautiful St. Salvators Chapel in St. Andrews, which had many guests marveling at the interiors and architecture.
The reception was held at Rufflets. This stunning venue has the most beautiful grounds for photographs and a purpose built garden suite for wedding receptions. The soft grey mauve tones of the room decor perfectly complimented the tall candelabra centrepieces that dressed the guest tables.
Claire Tennant Photography quite often photographs our Rufflets weddings and as you can see she has quite the eye for detail and for capturing stunning photos
