SOPHIE & GRAHAM

Sophie & Graham chose shades of blue and white for their florals, which included Hydrangeas, Oxypetalum & Thistles for the blues and Lisianthus, Nigella, Scabious and Spray Roses for the whites.

They opted to style their wedding with designs that could be repurposed throughout the day. To the start of the aisle were slim meadow arrangements later used to welcome guests to the Reception. Lining the aisle were floral arrangements incorporating lanterns and fairy lights which looked so pretty on the guest tables. We also created a Moongate arch for the ceremony which created a beautiful backdrop for the top table. The five bridal bouquets set within glass vases and staged along the table completed the top table décor.

"Thank you so much for everything, the flowers were exactly what I'd dreamed of and were absolutely beautiful!! The décor looked absolutely amazing and we had such a great day. Thank you for everything" Sophie & Graham
LAURA & ADRIAN

Laura & Adrian brought their friends and family with them from Spain to celebrate their intimate autumnal wedding at Forbes of Kingennie.
Their florals and décor were organic and rustic. Beautiful Westminster Abbey roses were the main focus in the brides bouquet with warm earthy tones added through the use of Amaranthus, Scabiosa Stellata, Rosehips and Sanguisorba.
For the ceremony we created a rustic arch with a side accent floral design of roses, dried hydrangeas, pampas and foliage's. Rose and foliage tieds were attached at intervals to the chairs on the aisle whilst cylinder vases with candles on wood slices with foliage provided ambient lighting.
For the Reception, the tables were set in a banquet style U-shape draped with green runners supplied by the bride. Staged settings of potted herbs in biodegradable pots, a jar of flowers and a bottle of dried flowers upon a slate tile were placed at intervals along the lengths of the table. Laura's orange candles added a vibrant pop of orange to enhance the autumnal appeal.

"We knew we wanted Stucio & Waow to do the flowers and floral decorations from the moment we decided to have our wedding in Dundee. They have been a joy to work with. From the start they understood exactly what we wanted and were looking for. With only a few references, they made everything unique, from the arch to my bouquet, without forgetting any detail. It was a pleasure collaborating with them. Fully recommendable." Laura
AMANDA & VICTORIA

Amanda & Victoria chose the most delicious colour palette for their wedding flowers- to create the florals we used paprika coloured Achillea & Anigozanthus, soft peach Spray Roses & Lisianthus and roses in the the most gorgeous shades of nude, golden mustard and toffee.
Whilst the bridal parties looked absolutely gorgeous, I think the couples Labrador just might have stolen the show....such a beautiful dog!

NUALA & STUART

Nuala & Stuart were married at Forbes of Kingennie on rather a windy day so the Moongate Arch became quite a feature for group photographs. In fact most of the floral elements were dual purpose with the guest table centrepieces initially being used to dress the aisle for the ceremony along with tieds of pink gypsophlia.
I adore succulents so featuring them within the bouquet and centrepieces was such a joy and I love the fact they can be replanted in soil as a lasting memory from the wedding day.

JO & GARETH

Jo & Gareth love everything orange! Their brief was to create designs that were mainly sustainable, combined fresh and dried flowers, natural green elements and that all important colour- orange!
The bouquets we created using dried bunny tails and palm spears, nude roses, orange celosia and leucospermum plus an array of foliage's including carrot leaves.
For the ceremony we wanted to create a bold design, so we coloured large dried palms leaves orange and combined these with natural coloured pampas and palm leaves, green tropical palms and the overall look was striking!
The table designs were a staged setting of mixed herbs and Nertera plants in biodegradable pots with natural bunny tails in a moss covered bottle. Placed on a wood slice with accents of moss at the base  they had a beautifully rustic and scented appeal.
Loved this wedding, it was funny and happy just like the lovely couple.

JILL & CHRIS

On their third wedding date, Jill & Chris were finally able to say "I Do".
To complement the rose gold maids dresses, Jill chose a subtle pink and white colour scheme for her florals. The bouquets featured Garden and large headed Roses, Lisianthus, Astilbe and white Achillea.
For the groom , Jill supplied a LEGO figurine to nestle into the spray rose & thistle buttonhole
The Moongate Arch created with artificial blooms including hydrangeas and garden roses set the scene for the ceremony in the Buddon Suite.
On the tables were tall centrepieces, blousy in in style and in keeping in colour.

KIRSTEN & JAMES

Kirsten & James travelled up north to Scotland for their wedding, staying at Forbes of Kingennie.
The brief for Kirsten's flowers was flowers that were soft in colour, lots of textures and a slight hint of red to match James's kilt colours. Being savvy and with quite the bridal entourage they used their bouquets for the table centrepieces. A great way to keep the flowers hydrated and lasting for longer.
Photography by Emilie provided these gorgeous images from the wedding day.
